Alpha Hoydroxy 10 percent glycolic aha review

So I keep hearing over and over again that you really need to being using an alpha hydroxy product with your regular moisturizer to get the maximum benefits. I read this recommendation in all the beauty magazines and recently saw this on Dr.Oz as well. The problem is for some people including myself they can be very hard for your skin to tolerate. I usually do well in the beginning and after about a week my skin becomes dried out and itchy so I stop using the product. The point of using these products is basically to rough up your skin so that your moisturizer can penetrate more, if I'm understanding correctly. The problem is if they are so irritating that you are forced to stop using than they are no good to you. I found this Alpha Hydroxy product with 10 percent glycoic aha on amazon and it had awesome reviews so I gave it a shot. I have now been using it daily for about three months and my skin can tolerate it. It took a little getting used to but it isn't as harsh as many I have tried. I like this product and I do feel like it has been beneficial to my skin and I will definitely continue to use it. It was also inexpensive at $10.89, cant beat that. If you have an aha that works real well let me know.

Yoplait Greek yogurt Coconut review

OK so it is no secret that I love all things coconut, I may be borderline obsessed. However it does not mean just because someone adds coconut that I will like the product. I was really excited when I came across Yoplaits new greek yogurt in coconut flavor, for some reason coconut seems to be overlooked in yogurts or it is mixed with pineapple which isn't the same. Well I couldn't wait to get home and try my new find. I have to say I have really tried to like the greek yogurts but I just haven't found one I love, they almost have a bit of a bitter bite to me. Well for me this was love at first spoonful, I love everything about this yogurt. I especially love that it is loaded with real coconut and not just flavoring, for me it is the texture that I really like about coconut. This stuff has 11 g of protein and is like a desert for me. The only downside for me is that it has 150 calories which is a bit high but I think it is worth the indulgence if you feel like you are getting a treat, this stuff is that good. I'm a huge fan Yoplait!
